The ordering process was so easy. When I did have a question during ordering I used the online chat and got a response right away. The follow up emails, for proof and ordering, came quickly. Once I approved my order the process was SO QUICK!! I got the buttons with in a week. I ordered these for my daughters GT project and she LOVES them. She was so excited!
